Shipping 

ALL ORDERS MAY TAKE 1-3 DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND PACKAGING BEFORE BEING SHIPPED. 

 

What if I Inputted the wrong home address at checkout?
If this happens, you may email bcdiamondscontact@gmail.com and ask for a refund only if it has not been shipped out yet, we will then cancel your order & you may re-order if you wish to do so. If it has already been shipped to an incorrect address, we will hopefully get the package returned to us, then re-ship the item(s) once we receive it.

 Damaged item policy
if an item comes broken or damaged  before opening due to transportation, contact bcdiamondscontact@gmail.com, & we will then ship you out a brand new one or give a refund.
BCDIAMONDS is not responsible for any jewelry that breaks within 10 days of your purchase. If something does break within that timespan of your order, contact bcdiamondscontact@gmail.com & we will ship you out a brand new one.
